Horner School of English 는 중급 규모의 family run English language school로서 1993년에 설립되어 아일랜드의 수도, 더블린의 시내 중심에 위치하고 있다.

특히 더블린의 시내 중심에서도 가장 유명한 Fitzwilliam Street에 두 개의 아름다운 Georgian buildings에서 세계 각국에서 온 학생들에게 질 높은 영어 교육을 제공하고 있다. 본교는 성인 영어 연수 코스를 매년 개설하고 있으며 department of education의 인증 하에 수업이 진행되고 있다.
